Great people and grounds are well kept w lots of fruit! They have happy campers w smiles on their faces n they wave as u go by like a real neighborhood!
Caution, campers. The electrical hookups we tried were not 30 amp, so our AC did not run because of insuffient power - in 110-degree heat! We had to leave - with no refund.
